Ms. Grant serves as the Acquisition Group Manager for FEDSIM’s Civilian Sector. As the Acquisition Group Manager, Ms. Grant, plans and directs the full range of procurement actions for GS-1102s supporting FEDSIM’s Civilian Directorate. This includes planning, assigning, and providing advice and/or instruction to contracting officers and contract specialist regarding the FEDSIM mission, work schedules, priorities, contractual assignments and administrative matters. Additionally, Ms. Grant serves as the chairperson for FEDSIM’s contract review panel; reviewing and approving pre-solicitation documents and contract awards. In addition to serving as the Acquisition Group Manager, Ms. Grant will also serve as the Contracting Officer for the Better Buy Pilot Project. Prior to GSA, she worked for the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) as the Director of Contracting. In this position, she managed the INSCOM contracting office on Ft. Belvoir and a contracting office in Charlottesville, VA. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Masters’ of Science with a minor in Contract Management. Additionally, she is FAC-C Level III and DAWIA Level III certified.
