Walton Smith is the gentle giant with the golden heart. I worked on Walton’s team creating the architecture, development, and design of Booz Allen Hamilton’s award winning (great tips here too) Enterprise 2.0 Platform. Walton does an amazing job at sharing “Real World” stories from his vast experience that will help you and your team.

Grant McLaughlin is a great captain for guiding your organization through the sea of change. Adoption & Change can look like a horrific storm, but Grant and his crew know how calm the waves of resistance. Steve Radick is one of these crew members. I know Steve. He is always willing to go that extra mile to support his clients and teammates. This is a reflection of the leadership of Grant McLaughlin. Great leaders don’t create followers, they create leaders.

This session will have plenty of tasty morsels. Come hungry and bring a big plate.
