During this hands-on session, government agencies will learn how to use Google AdWords to drive more traffic to their agency’s website. Google AdWords offers government agencies a flexible and accountable marketing program to drive traffic to their websites in an efficient and cost-effective way. We will walk through all of the details to set up an advertising campaign with Google from start to finish.

Thalia Nierenberg is an Account Executive in Google’s New York office. Her team works with federal agencies who use online advertising to efficiently promote initiatives and bring traffic to important government Web sites.
In her five years at Google, Thalia has also worked with advertisers in the restaurant, real estate, newspapers and job recruitment industries. Thalia has a BA in Marketing and International Business from the Stern School at New York University. She lives in Brooklyn with her husband and their dog, Floyd.
Eric Obenzinger is an advertising Account Manager at Google. His group works with federal government agencies who use efficient online advertising to promote federal initiatives and manage strategic communication.
Before working with Google’s advertisers, Eric was part of Google’s media relations team. Eric has a BA in History from the University of Pennsylvania. He is based in Google’s New York office and a proud uncle of three.
