With so many Americans using search engines to find the critical information they need, government agencies must take advantage of the opportunity to get in front of their target audience while they’re searching. During this hands-on session, government agencies will learn how to use Google AdWords to drive more traffic to their agency’s website. Google AdWords offers government agencies a flexible and accountable marketing program to drive traffic to their websites in an efficient and cost-effective way. We will walk through all of the details to set up an advertising campaign with Google from start to finish.

- How to set up a Google AdWords campaign
- How to select the right ad creative for your advertising efforts
- How to target your campaigns to the right audience
Eric Obenzinger is an advertising Account Manager at Google. His group works with federal government agencies who use efficient online advertising to promote federal initiatives and manage strategic communication.
Before working with Google’s advertisers, Eric was part of Google’s media relations team. Eric has a BA in History from the University of Pennsylvania. He is based in Google’s New York office and a proud uncle of three.
